- What is your rescheduling policy?
As per the Eevent.com.au platform, rescheduling is allowed within the same day based on my availability. Please note that a change of date is not allowed.
- Are there fees for early or late appointments?
Yes, a charge of $30 per hour applies for starts before 6:30 am or finishes after 6:30 pm. When I receive your request I can adjust the time and price accordingly and send it to you for approval.
- How do I pay the remaining balance?
The balance of your service fee is due on the day of your appointment, immediately after the service is completed. I accept bank transfers, PayID, or cash.
- Are dupatta, jewellery, and veil setting included?
Yes, these services are fully included as part of all my Bridal Makeup & Hair packages to ensure your final look is perfectly pinned and secure.
- Are false eyelashes included?
Yes, professional false eyelashes are included in all of my makeup services at no extra cost.
