About This Service

FURNITURE HIRE:
We offer Items/furnitures for hire available at Sydney Showroom Space or Fashion Rack Hire Websites. Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.

RULES:
- No Smoking or Vaping on the premises, including inside the rental space and the foyer
- Strictly prohibited to affix any stickers to the floor
- No Pets allowed
- No candles or open flames or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
- Outside catering is allowed in the building
- All Air Conditioner units turned off
- All security doors closed and locked, please ensure back laneway door is closed if used for deliveries
- All lights turned off at prior to bump out
- Fridge used must be cleared & cleaned
- If front reception desk or concrete table is moved, please return to it's original position
- Keys and Fob returned to lock box on Beaconsfield Lane
- All rubbish to be cleared from space prior to bump out, Boxes flattened and garbage bags removed
*Bins located in garage access using fob, turn left once you exit onto beaconsfield lane (x2 kitchen bins and x1 wheely bin are available for renter use. Any extra rubbish must remove by yourself off property)*
- Cleaning fee is $220 + Gst if alcohol is served. The cleaning fee covers a regular/post event clean. It does not include rubbish removal or furniture removal. The cleaner needs to come in and be abl
- No Shooting or filming after 8pm
- No glitter or confetti can be used.
- Events to conclude at 11pm. Failure to leave at the 11.30 bump out will result in a $250 an hour out of bond

Please note that a $1,000 bond is required prior to rental which will be refunded 48 hours after your event subject to no damage. This will be invoiced separately to your booking. Please provide email address and bank details to issue the refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Standard 60 day with Grace Period
• Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
• Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
• Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.

OVERTIME POLICY:
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

CLEANING / DAMAGES:
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.

PARKING:
One on-street parking spot available outside the showroom on 560 Botany Rd.
Mon-Fri outside of the hours 6-10am
Sat-Sun outside the hours of 12pm-12am

On-site parking is available for 1 vehicle only – Daily Rate: $50
Paid Parking available at The Cannery
Free parking Ralph St, Morley Ave or Dunning Ave (all 2-5 min walk from space)
